The Intervalometer for Sony app allows you to shoot long-exposure time-lapse recordings by connecting to your camera via Bluetooth and triggering it at set intervals.
The interval timer can also be used to bypass the 29:59 minute video recording limit of some cameras by automatically restarting the recording.
Bluetooth (BLE = Bluetooth Low Energy) requires up to 90% less energy than Wifi, hence your battery will last longer.
Set the exposure time on your camera or switch to BULB mode and control the exposure time directly from the app without any time limit. You can also set the delay inbetween individual images.
